The ceremony took place on Tuesday 17th May and included a range of categories, announcing company winners across all industries. Not only are these results reflective of Pareto’s heavy investment in recruiting and training graduate talent, but are indicative of a company that continually looks to improve the way they operate in a competitive marketplace.
The results, obtained from Pareto staff, were based on opinions of current employees who have been working for the company for the last three years, ensuring this latest win represents the insights and opinions of those who have experienced the Pareto Effect first hand.
Alongside coming first in the recruitment sector, Pareto also performed impressively in the general top 100 companies category. Pareto were voted 34th on this occasion, beating some notable global companies including Jaguar Land Rover and John Lewis as well as our own previous position from last year.
