Glen Cathey – Senior Vice President, Consulting Principal, Talent Advisory and Digital Strategy, Randstad

Anisha will explore the ethics, risks, and opportunities of AI in recruitment, addressing regulatory, legal, and ethical concerns, including how AI can both mitigate and amplify bias if not carefully managed.
