The role

Our client is looking for a dynamic B2B SaaS Sales Leader to drive the AE team selling our cutting-edge inbound lead qualification bot. This role goes beyond traditional sales leadership-it requires

a consultative advisor who can strategically guide reps and clients on conversion rate optimization, go-to-market funnels, and intelligent lead funnel analysis. If you're a self-driven, growth-oriented sales expert with a proven track record and a passion for technology, we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities

● Consultative Selling: Engage with SMEs using a consultative approach, diagnosing their sales

development challenges and advising on conversion rate optimization and effective lead funnel

strategies.

● End-to-End Sales Management: Oversee the full sales cycle-from prospecting and lead

generation to closing-ensuring efficiency and a strong customer relationship throughout.

● Product Expertise: Demonstrate deep understanding of our inbound lead qualification bot and AI

SDR capabilities, showcasing its ability to transform lead qualification processes.

● Advisory Role: Act as a trusted advisor by consulting on go-to-market funnels, conversion

optimization, and strategies for sourcing and nurturing leads.

● Continuous Self-Development: Proactively enhance your sales techniques and industry

knowledge through ongoing self-learning and engagement with digital sales platforms (including

video calls and virtual demos).

● Top Closer: Utilize your exceptional closing skills to consistently be a top performer within the

sales team.

Requirements

● Proven B2B SaaS sales experience, particularly with SMEs.

● Strong consultative selling skills with an ability to discuss and optimize conversion rates, lead

funnels, and market strategies.

● Demonstrated history of self-learning via books, courses, and other resources to refine sales

acumen.

● Renowned as a top closer in previous roles.

● Highly self-motivated with the ability to manage your own workload and drive results

independently.

● Excellent communication skills, adept at digital interactions and virtual presentations.
