Title: Senior Business Development Manager
Location: South Europe (Madrid office - Hybrid)
Salary: €60k - €80k base + Bonus + benefit

As Senior Business Development Manager you will be responsible for growing our client base with an emphasis on multinational Enterprise clients, working closely with the Director of Sales & Regional Director in a thriving, energetic and enthusiastic work environment.
Ideally, you are already experienced as an ESG/Sustainability Consultant/Leader, or as a new business hunter in the procurement, supply chain or ESG tech sectors. Equally, you can envision, articulate and address the huge opportunity that the market is offering and the need all major companies have to be compliant with new regulations, as well as new market requirements.
You have a track record of consultative or Enterprise sales in Spain and are familiar with complex sales methodologies, as well as the ability to reach and create relationships with C-level executives. You speak Spanish and English, and ideally French.
PURPOSE
The purpose of the role is to drive new business acquisition and achieve set revenue targets in Spain. To actively promote our value proposition to drive the adoption of our services by new customers in key market verticals, aligned with our unique community model. To create and convert a stable and sustainable pipeline with medium and long-term sales cycles through proactive prospecting and opportunity management via direct customer engagement and consistent articulation of our value as a leading provider of supplier management solutions.
