As VP of Europe, you won't just hit quotas - you'll build and lead a high-performance team across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Field Engineering. You'll be the architect of the businesses go-to-market strategy in the region, with a direct line to the SVP of EMEA/APAC.

• * A proven track record of smashing regional revenue targets.
• * Experience scaling customer-facing teams in Europe.
• * Commercial acumen paired with strategic vision and operational rigour.
• * A bias for action. You're entrepreneurial, hands-on, and love building from the ground up.
• Bonus points for:

- Familiarity with SmartSheet, CRM platforms, and GTM operating systems.

- Experience presenting at industry events or working with channel partners and insurers.
