About the Role
As the first Sales Manager for the EU region, the successful applicant will be responsible for developing sales from a standing start including lead generation, new business development, account management of existing clients and brand awareness within the market.
Defining and implementing a sales strategy and culture, the Sales Manager will have the ability to put their mark on the role, influencing and shaping how things are done within this newly opened branch. Working closely with the Managing Director, the Sales Manager will be an individual contributor tasked with growing the European side of the business.

Required Skills
The ideal candidate for the Sales Manager position will be a self starter with significant experience of maintenance/service sales within the wind turbine industry. Ideally coming from a supplier or manufacturer background, the Sales Manager will be able to work independently to open doors within the industry, bring in new business and manage existing accounts with a growth mindset.
An ability to work with a limited structure is essential as this is a brand new office and region, so someone who is enthusiastic, sociable and well connected within the industry would be the best fit.
Pay range and compensation package
Salary: €50,000- €80,000 basic + Commission + Benefits
