The Sales Executive Level 4 Apprenticeship is the perfect programme for training both new and experienced sales people.
The 18-month framework for this apprenticeship was developed by a trailblazer group consisting of industry leaders in sales, ensuring the content is up to date, effective and highly relevant. It consists of both practical and theory based learning, with apprentices spending the vast majority of their time learning on the job, complimented by 20% of time perfecting their skills in theory training. Pareto's Level 4 is delivered through a winning formula of the very best in blended learning - learners reap the benefits of the combination of both classroom based and digital learning, and in turn, return to work ready to action their new skills and put them into practise as part of your sales team.
This sales apprenticeship teaches a wide range of modules to transform learners into highly talented sales people - from Commercial and Financial Acumen to Customer Needs Analysis, Digital Skills and Ethics and Integrity.
Who is eligible for the Sales Executive Apprenticeship Level 4?
Apprenticeships span from Level 2 to Level 7. As a rough guide, level 2 equates to broadly 5 good GCSE passes, with 6 & 7 comparable to a degree. The level 4 Sales Executive apprenticeship is an 'Advanced Apprenticeship', equivalent to a foundation degree.
Understanding the psychology of the sales process is fundamental to the success of every sales person. Suitable for learners who are new to a career in sales or those with less than 12 months experience, this apprenticeship teaches the knowledge, skills and behaviours to essential in both B2B and B2C, from understanding client requirements to and building business relationships, through to negotiating and closing deals.
How does the funding work?
There are two funding structures for apprenticeships:
Paying into the Apprenticeship Levy? The funds in your digital account can be used to cover the costs of apprenticeships offered by government-accredited providers like Pareto. If you wish to invest more than your digital account funds in apprenticeships then you will be eligible for 95% government funding. Check out our Guide to the Apprenticeship Levy to find out more.
If your organisation is under the £3m wage bill threshold then you are eligible for 95% government co-funding on apprenticeship programmes.
