There is a key focus on practical strategies that are effective and simple to use and follows the following three steps of identify, inspire and lead change.

Pre Course

A typical change programme will be built bespoke for your requirements and business needs depending on where you are in your change journey. However, they will typically include modules that explore the most common stages of a successful change cycle.
