As a result, we recognise that there is an industry-wide shortage of such individuals, and therefore, we want to support our diverse candidate population and our clients.
As the UK's largest graduate assessment, placement and training provider, we have the resources and knowledge to implement a solution. Partnering with Firebrand and adopting an Accelerated Learning training plan, our pre-assessed graduates undertake an intensive technical training programme, covering five courses and resulting in nine industry certifications. We set out to equip our candidates with the tools they need to be effective within your business transformation and change environment.

Each graduate completes the BCS Business Analysis Foundation certification, demonstrating their proficiency in analysing and improving business processes.
Graduates receive the APMG Change Management Foundation certification, equipping them with the skills to drive successful organisational change initiatives.
Graduates undertake the Prince2 Foundation certification, solidifying their understanding of project management principles and best practices.
Graduates are taught the Lean Six Sigma methodology, earning Yellow and White Belt certifications to streamline processes, eliminate waste, and enhance efficiency.
Graduates will attain the AIPGE Accredited Process Mapping certification, empowering them to map, analyse, and optimise business processes effectively.

Our mission is to support the closure of the digital skills gap through exceptional training. Each candidate will attend a seven-week technical training course before being deployed onto Client-site, covering key courses and equipping them with multiple industry certifications, allowing them to take on, own and deliver within their role.
Once our candidates have finished their technical training and are fully certificated, they are ready to be deployed into a client's business on a flexible and scalable engagement model that aligns with business and project needs.
After a 24-month qualifying period, you have the option to transition individuals onto your permanent headcount free of charge.

To enable this, we provide ongoing support to consultants by inviting them to a technically-led coaching session with their peers (monthly) alongside coaching sessions with a senior change practitioner and business-led career/commercial coach.
